The cost of bulk custom hats is lower than the cost of individual custom hats due to economies of scale. The more hats you order, the lower the cost per hat is likely to be. Additionally, if the design requires a lot of intricate details or multiple embroidery locations, the cost may increase accordingly.

We have several different options for quantity/price point:

Our minimum starts at 50 pieces (embroidery only) for $10 per hat (with an additional $2 for premium hats). 

Our next price point is at 144 pieces, costing $7 per hat. 

For orders of 576+ hats, the starting price is $3.75 per hat. 

When ordering 144+ hats, it opens the door for a wide range of additional customization options.

There are various types of customization, such as screen printing, embroidery (both flat and 3D), patches, woven labels, interior seams, etc. Since we are the manufacturer of these hats, we have the ability to completely customize the hat from scratch!
