1. What are the biggest changes your business has seen over the years?

The biggest changes we have noticed are the amount of interest that people have in custom trucker hats!

2. Has BuckWholesale played a role in the success of your business?

BuckWholesale has played a huge role in the success of my business in many different ways! One of them being the fast processing and shipping options that they offer, and not to mention how affordable they are!

3. What was the biggest challenge you faced when starting your business, and how did you overcome it?

The biggest challenge I had starting my business was being able to build a business in a small town that is saturated with the same type of business I have! Getting your name out there can be difficult, but staying true to your brand definitely helps!

4. Can you share a memorable story or experience from running your business?

One of my most memorable experiences has been being named the top boutique in my area after being open for one year!

5. What sets your business apart from the competition?

Being able to offer affordable items that are trendy and inclusive sets us apart from the competition.

6. Which type of hats that we carry are your favorite?

My favorite is the foam trucker hat!

7. How do you build and maintain relationships with your customers?

I try to "keep it real" and be raw and honest with all of my customers. They respect honesty over anything! Getting to know them personally is awesome too.

8. What are future goals and aspirations for your business?

I hope that one day I will be able to franchise my boutique out to several different areas!

9. Can you describe a typical day in your business operations?

A typical day is coming to the store, re-racking items, creating new graphics for other projects and social media, working with customers, and shipping orders!

10. What motivates you to keep going, even during tough times?

I always remember that God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers. That always keeps me going!

11. What strategies have you found most effective in growing your business?

Staying consistent is key!

12. What accomplishments have you felt the most proud of?

I am most proud of being able to make women feel beautiful every day and making a change in the way they feel. Outside of that, I am so proud of where I have come from, which is running my business out of the basement to now having a brick-and-mortar store!
